Orange Mission vs. Green Mission

  • Orange Mission: The Orange Mission is the more intense version of the ride, featuring a centrifuge that simulates the forces of a rocket launch and space travel. This version includes high G-forces and rapid movements, making it a thrilling and intense experience. It is ideal for guests seeking an adrenaline-pumping adventure.
  • Green Mission: The Green Mission offers a milder experience without the intense spinning. It uses a motion simulator to create the feeling of space travel without the high G-forces. This version is perfect for guests who want to enjoy the excitement of space exploration without the intensity of the Orange Mission.

Accessibility

Mission: SPACE is accessible to guests who use wheelchairs or scooters. The ride features transfer-accessible capsules for those who need to transfer from their mobility device to the ride vehicle.

Ride Tips

Consider the intensity level of each mission when choosing which version to ride, especially if you are prone to motion sickness or have young children. The Orange Mission of the attraction is a particular culprit for motion sickness, so if you have anyone in your party that may suffer from it you will want to avoid that version fo the ride.

Best For: Thrill seekers, space fans

Will Mission: SPACE Cause Motion Sickness?

If you do suffer from motion sickness, you are going to want to opt for the Green Mission of the ride. While the Orange Mission uses a centrifuge, the Green Mission is a much milder experience. That being said, both rides take place in tighter spaces, so if you are someone who gets claustrophobic or is sensitive to that, you may want to skip altogether.
